                          ClearViewPort procedure

  DECLARATION:  ClearViewPort;

      PURPOSE:  Clears the current viewport.

         UNIT:  Graph

      REMARKS:  Sets the fill color to the background color (Palette[0]),
                calls Bar, and moves the current pointer to (0,0).

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must first be in graphics mode.
